A Fox International Cancellation Policy Adopted June 2003
Dear Friends, in order to serve you better please give us AT LEAST a 24 hours cancellation notice or MORE when you are first aware of you not making YOUR scheduled/Standing appointment.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25.00
– “NO SHOWS and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS” , any time after 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Any Hair Extension Services must be held with a credit card (Zelle) or cash when making the appointment and are NON-REFUNDABLE!

If the cancellation is due to situations that are out of your hands, such as a NON-Recurring unfortunate Incidence,THEN WE UNDERSTAND there is NO FEE FOR 1st Missed Appointment. After 3 frequently missed appointments we may refer you to another stylist.

*Last Minute Call In, Weekly and Bi-Weekly Appointments are accepted based on availability if a Standing Appointment does not work for you. Cancellation policy still applies.
